We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Credit-card information is always encrypted during transfer.

Billing & account

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it including your email and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Any order suspected to be fraudulent, or placed by a dealer or reseller, may be cancelled.

Products & services

Products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We may limit the quantities of any products or services we offer, or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colour or detail. All product offers are void where prohibited.

Each piece is made from natural fabrics and finished by hand. Subtle variations in colour, weave, texture and measurement are inherent to its handmade nature and natural materials, and are not considered defects.

Shipping & delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping timelines and charges are specified at checkout. Delays caused by customs, courier or logistics partners, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility. Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the period and under the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds or replacements are processed in accordance with that policy.

Third-party tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, and that your use of them is entirely at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website including designs, product images, photographs, text, graphics, logos and the compilation thereof is the property of PLEYNE or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
